Why CurbPilot exists

I run an exterior service business and for years finding work meant the same frustrating routine, buy a list of “homeowners in a zip code,” mail a few hundred postcards and hope. Most of those houses didn't even have what I do. I was paying for guesses.

Then it hit me: the homes I actually wanted were sitting right there on the map. I just had no way to find the ones with a paver driveway, an aging roof, a dirty exterior, a big lawn. So I built the tool I wished existed, draw your area and it finds every home with the exact feature you get paid to work on, owner name and mailing address included.

How we're different

Most lead tools only know an address. CurbPilot reads two kinds of signal, what's visible on the home from imagery and what the county property records reveal, so it works whether your opportunity is visible from the curb or hidden in the data. You draw a service area, pick your trade and get back matching homes with the owner's name and mailing address, ready to reach by mail or at the door.
