CurbPilot ("CurbPilot," "we," "us") helps exterior home-service contractors find and reach the right homeowners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@curbpilot.co.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to our website (curbpilot.co), our application (app.curbpilot.co) and our done-for-you direct-mail service. Our customers are businesses. We are not a consumer-facing service and homeowners do not create accounts with us.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details, name, business name, email, phone and password when you sign up.
• Brand and campaign inputs, your logo, colors, offer text, service area and any images you upload for your postcards.
• Billing information, handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we keep a record of your plan, transactions and the last four digits for reference.
• Support messages, anything you send us by email or through the app.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage data, pages viewed, features used and basic device/browser information, used to keep the service running and improve it.
• Cookies, we use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. See "Cookies" below.

Property and homeowner data

To identify qualifying homes in your territory, we use third-party property data and public/aerial imagery (for example, property records and mapping/Street View and satellite imagery). This may include property addresses, characteristics (such as age, size, or features) and owner-of-record mailing details used to send your postcards. This information comes from third-party data providers and public sources, not from the homeowners directly.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate and secure the platform and your account.
• Identify qualifying homes in your chosen service area and generate targeted mailing lists.
• Design, print and mail your postcards through our print-and-mail vendor.
• Process payments, prevent fraud and keep billing records.
• Provide support, send service and account notices and respond to your requests.
• Improve our features and comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run CurbPilot and only as needed to do so:

• Stripe, payment processing and subscription billing.
• PostGrid, printing and mailing your postcards (which requires recipient mailing addresses).
• Property-data and mapping providers, to source property records and imagery.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers, to run and serve the website and application.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect the rights, property, or safety of CurbPilot and others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to protect your session. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

6. Data retention

We keep account and campaign data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We keep billing and transaction records as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

• Access and update, you can view and update your account and brand details in the app.
• Deletion, you can ask us to close your account and delete your data, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Communications, you can opt out of non-essential emails; we'll still send necessary service and billing notices.

To make a request, email support@curbpilot.co. If you are a homeowner and want to know about or remove property data associated with your address, contact us and we'll help direct your request.

9. Mailing and compliance

Postcards are sent as physical mail to owner-of-record addresses. As the contractor, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the offers and claims on your postcards and for honoring any do-not-mail requests you receive. We honor removal requests we receive and will suppress an address on request.

10. Children

CurbPilot is a business tool and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and for material changes we'll provide additional notice where appropriate.
